This notice describes the current static website and the handoff to services you choose to use.
What the website collects
In the current static phase, the request form is processed in your browser. ThermoCare does not receive or store the form until you send the prepared message through WhatsApp.
Why details are requested
Your name, phone, visit preference, selected concern or therapy, and optional message help the clinic understand and respond to your appointment request.
Your choice and consent
Submitting a valid form opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Opening WhatsApp does not send it—you can review, edit, cancel or close the message before anything is shared.
Third-party processing
If you send the message, WhatsApp processes it under its own terms and privacy practices. Phone calls and map directions are also handled by your phone provider or map service.
Analytics
The site may later count non-identifying actions such as treatment-page views, booking starts, calls, directions clicks and WhatsApp handoffs. Names, phone numbers, messages and free text must not be sent to third-party analytics.
Retention, correction and withdrawal
For information you have sent directly to the clinic, call ThermoCare to ask what is held, request correction or deletion, or withdraw from further contact. Legal or operational retention requirements may still apply.
Urgent and sensitive information
Do not use this form for emergencies or highly sensitive medical information. Contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service instead.
